Damon Thomas is a senior operations executive with more than 20 years of experience leading growth, culture, and performance for some of the most recognized brands in the fast casual and quick service restaurant industry. He currently serves as Senior Vice President of Operations at Shake Shack, where he oversees U.S. company-operated restaurants. In this role, Damon is responsible for driving operational excellence, empowering field leaders, and supporting the successful launch of new Shacks nationwide, all while championing the brand’s culture of hospitality and guest experience.

Prior to Shake Shack, Damon held executive leadership roles with Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers. At Raising Cane’s, he led the company’s expansion into the Midwest Region of the United States and supported the growth of the brand from 100 units to over 450 during his tenure.

Damon is passionate about developing leaders, building scalable systems, and aligning operations with brand vision to fuel long-term, sustainable growth.
