Dino has been with Portillo’s for six years and leads digital order experience, 3rd Party Marketplace, catering, and the call center. Dino has more than 29 years of collective off-premise and operations experience. Prior to joining Portillo’s, Dino worked for other large national restaurant chains including Potbelly Sandwich Shop and Starbucks Coffee.
