Jaime Denney serves as Chief Operations Officer at Blaze Pizza, where she leads company and franchise operations, driving performance, profitability, and growth across the brand’s national footprint. With over 25 years of leadership experience in both company-operated and franchised restaurant systems, Jaime is known for building high-performing teams, scaling operational systems, and aligning execution with brand strategy.

Before joining Blaze, Jaime was Vice President of Franchise Operations at Scooter’s Coffee, overseeing more than 840 franchised locations and $720 million in system sales. Under her leadership, the brand opened over 300 new stores in two years, significantly improved drive-thru performance, and implemented scalable systems that resulted in a 9.1% year-over-year increase in topline sales. She also launched programs to accelerate franchisee ramp-up and enhance operational consistency—initiatives that closely mirror Blaze’s current transformation goals.

Jaime previously led operations at Jamba, where she played a key role in the brand’s turnaround, introducing a full refresh, integrating new technologies, and driving unit growth. Earlier in her career, she spent 14 years at Starbucks, ultimately serving as Director of Business and Operations. There, she led one of the most profitable regions in the company’s history and authored Starbucks’ first Drive-Thru Operations Manual.
