As Chief Information Officer, Jay Spears leads Topgolf’s global technology organization and the high-performing teams delivering innovative solutions that power Topgolf venues. He is responsible for shaping a forward-looking digital strategy aligned to business goals, overseeing all areas of technology including cybersecurity, data and games, and partnering across the organization to drive efficiency, scalability and long-term growth.

Jay brings extensive experience delivering scalable, business-driven technology solutions across the entertainment and professional services industries. Most recently, he served as Chief Information Officer at CEC Entertainment, where he spent nearly six years leading technology transformation initiatives that supported business growth and operational efficiency.

Prior to CEC Entertainment, Jay held leadership roles at KPMG, Six Flags Theme Parks, Urban Air Adventure Parks, KPMG and EZLynx. When he’s not driving technology forward, you can likely find Jay on the golf course, spending time with his family or enjoying the outdoors either fishing or hunting.
