Kira is the Lead Performance Coach of Ecolab® RushReady™ program. She leads a team of RushReady Performance Coaches who partner with restaurant leadership to onboard, coach, and support restaurant teams. Her team provides the service behind this cutting edge software, helping General Managers understand and adopt the program to drive real, actionable outcomes.Kira joined Ecolab’s EcoSure Division through the acquisition of Deloitte’s Brand Operations Services - formerly LRA Worldwide. As an AVP at Deloitte and a certified PMP, Kira launched several customized auditing and coaching programs across the hospitality, travel, and restaurant industries. During this time, she partnered with brands to develop tailored programs that solved the challenges most important to them and managed teams of 50+ consultants to expertly execute at the property level. Upon joining Ecolab, Kira created and led a new Brand Excellence team that supported the integration of the existing and new field teams, ensuring a consistent customer experience throughout the transition.Kira has a passion for helping clients solve problems and accomplish their goals through strategic partnership.Kira is a native of Phoenix, AZ, and attended the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, graduating summa cum laude with a B.S. in Business Management, a B.S. in Business Tourism, and a certificate in International Business.
