Before joining Dave’s, Leon served as Vice President of Information Technology at Blaze Pizza, and previously held leadership roles at Universal Studios, where he managed revenue operations across food and retail divisions. He has also consulted with major hospitality companies on IT strategy, systems integration, mobile app development, and infrastructure design.
