Mark Hatch, VP Trade Relations and Head of Nest Engagement for Informa Connect has been instrumental in building and powering many Informa events. His specialty is forming deep relationships with restaurant executives, monitoring the F&B industry, business development, acquiring speakers, overseeing the Advisory Council, building content, and supporting Informa sales initiatives.

Mark is married to his lovely wife Monica and has with 3 kids ages 8, 5 and 2. He graduated from Arizona State University with a bachelor’s degree and resides in Mesa, AZ. He also enjoys competing in Ironman Triathlons, Marathons and traveling to Hawaii where he spent much of his childhood on the North Shore of Oahu.
