Meenakshi currently serves as SVP, Chief Digital Officer at Panera Bread, where she blends strategic insight, analytical insights with creativity to drive digital innovation and elevate customer experiences. Her leadership has been key to the growth of Panera’s digital commerce business. She infused fresh energy into the iconic MyPanera loyalty program and pioneered the industry-first Unlimited Sip Club subscription, enhancing customer loyalty and engagement at scale. She has led growth in delivery channel which has been a strategic lever for Panera.

Prior to Panera , she had over a decade of restaurant experience holding several key roles at Domino’s during its high growth period between 2011 and 2018. She spent three years as the Head of Marketing at sweetgreen gearing up for a successful IPO. She was classically trained in brand marketing at General Mills (Yoplait), and PepsiCo (Tropicana).

Meenakshi holds an MBA from The Wharton School and MS in MIS from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Originally from India, she earned her undergraduate degree in Finance from BITS Pilani. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and exploring the outdoors with her husband, two daughters and a dog.
