As National Director of F&B Technology Sales at TransAct Technologies, he leads sales initiatives that connect BOHA!'s innovative technology solutions with the operational needs of casinos, contract food services and healthcare organizations. Before joining TransAct Technologies, Michael held senior leadership positions with ARIA Resort & Casino, MGM Resorts International, sbe Group, Hakkasan Group, Station Casinos, and Hard Rock Hotel. Throughout his career, he has led large-scale operations, developed high-performing teams, managed complex P&Ls, and delivered measurable revenue and EBITDA growth across luxury dining, beverage, entertainment, nightlife, gaming, and resort venues. His leadership approach combines strong business acumen with a commitment to innovation, operational excellence, and guest-centric strategies that create sustainable organizational value.
