Michele Brennan is the Senior Director of Digital Experience where she leads the teams responsible for in-restaurant applications, Infrastructure, IT Operations at Red Lobster. She has only been with Red Lobster for 2 ½ years but has 25 years of experience in leading technology at several large organizations and industries including ConAgra Foods and Universal Parks and Resorts where she led the Guest and Team Member Experience team, HR Systems, Vendor systems, and HR Technology. She is passionate about improving the guest experience with technology and empowering workers to better serve the guest by offering intuitive and modern technologies.

When Michele isn’t working, you can either find her traveling or with her beloved side-kicks, 4 pound and 6 pound Pomeranians named Dancer and Gucci. She is a foodie and loves to try new and different cuisines and is a member of several foodie groups and also a member of the Central Florida chapter of the International Food and Beverage Technology Association and serves on the Board of Advisors of QSR Automations.
