Nick Petrocci heads up the Zaxby’s Restaurant Technology team that supports nearly 1000 stores in 18+ states. Nick and his team manage all aspects of the Zaxby's Technology Platform inclusive of Support Services, Product Management, and Systems Development. The teams navigate an aggressive marketing calendar with new and testing items deployed to the field, a heightened focus on digital mix, and the ever-evolving franchisee/franchisor relationship and technology standards.

Previously, Nick held a portfolio of restaurant accounts at Grubhub where his primary focus was growing brands of all sizes’ loyalty programs and e-commerce businesses, launching branded apps with direct-to-POS integrations, early versions of delivery-as-a-service, and custom loyalty programs to engage guests.

Nick lives in Atlanta with his fiancé and adopted dog, Jupiter. He’s a competitive swimmer, avid reader, and enjoys traveling whenever possible.
