Nikki Greenberg is a globally recognized futurist and strategic advisor with over two decades of experience in real estate development, urban innovation and technology-driven transformation. As a developer and industry leader, she has shaped transformative projects across Australia, New York and China.

She has held senior leadership roles at Fortune 500 companies and most recently served as Head of Technology Strategy for Global Real Estate at QIC, a global investment manager with $70 billion AUM. In that role, she led the digital transformation of QIC’s $22 billion real estate portfolio, setting new benchmarks for innovation across the industry.

A true global citizen, Nikki’s international career spans the US, Asia, Europe, Africa and Australia. She has worked with leading organizations including Lendlease, QIC, Brown Harris Stevens, Koichi Takada Architects and Greenland Australia bringing a rare blend of architectural, commercial and technological expertise to every engagement.

She is the Founder and Global Ambassador of Women in PropTech and served three terms as Co-Chair of the Urban Land Institute’s Technology & Innovation Council in New York City. Her approach is known for balancing bold vision with practical execution.
