Scott has spent his entire 22-year career in the QSR restaurant space at Zaxby’s. Scott held various roles in Operations, including New Restaurant Openings, Compliance Audits, Field Training, and Franchise Business Consultant. For the last 10 years, Scott built and led Zaxby’s Operations Services Department, including drive-thru and kitchen design, Innovation, Testing & Implementation, and support of all operations systems and processes. Scott resides in Watkinsville, GA, with his wife of 17 years (Shanna), and three daughters, Eliza (12), Stella (11), and Addee (7). Scott spends his weekends at his daughters’ various sporting events and cheering for the Georgia Bulldogs!
