Shannon McNiel is the Co-Founder and Co-Chief Executive Officer of Tom’s Watch Bar, where he has played a critical role in executing the brand’s strategic initiatives, shaping customer experience, and driving growth since its founding. Shannon previously served as the brand’s President and Chief Operating Officer. He has more than 25 years of experience in the restaurant industry, primarily focused on operations management and driving profitable growth. Prior to Tom’s Watch Bar, Shannon held senior leadership positions at distinguished restaurant brands, including Darden, Texas Roadhouse, Bubba’s 33, and Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen. Shannon attended both Weatherford College and Howard Payne University, where he studied Political Science and Criminal Justice, respectively.
