Stephen Crump leads Product Management at TransAct Technologies, where he helps determine product strategy for BOHA! and the company’s portfolio of back-of-house foodservice technology. His work focuses on turning real operator challenges—from food safety and labeling to workflow execution, integrations, and connected operations—into practical technology that can scale across enterprise foodservice. Prior to TransAct, Stephen held leadership roles in product development and innovation, giving him experience bringing new ideas from concept through commercialization. He is particularly passionate about using technology to simplify restaurant operations rather than add more complexity.
