Yosra Saleh is Vice President of Digital Marketing at Potbelly Sandwich Works, part of the RaceTrac family of companies, where she leads the brand’s digital growth strategy across digital experience, loyalty and CRM, personalization, MarTech, and off-premise channels. A digital-first executive with more than 20 years of experience spanning restaurants, consumer brands, technology, and marketing, Yosra has built her career at the intersection of customer experience, technology, and business transformation.

At Potbelly, Yosra has helped lead a multi-year digital transformation—rebuilding the brand’s app and web experience, modernizing its MarTech ecosystem, and connecting first-party data, loyalty, real-time intelligence, and personalization to create more relevant and frictionless guest experiences. Her focus is not technology for technology’s sake, but applying it to solve real customer needs and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Prior to Potbelly, Yosra held leadership roles at GoTo Foods, where she led loyalty, customer engagement, and digital marketing initiatives across its portfolio of restaurant brands. Her broader career includes experience with global consumer companies including Nestlé, as well as agency leadership supporting brands such as Mars and NIVEA. Across roles in both U.S. and international markets, she has led work spanning brand strategy, innovation, analytics, digital transformation, and customer engagement.
