Jason has over 17 years of experience in the ETF industry and more than 25 years in financial markets. In 2008, Jason joined iShares capital markets where he was responsible for ETF business development and relationship management with investment banks and liquidity providers across EMEA.

In 2013 Jason joined Tradition, one of the largest inter-dealer brokers, where he traded the US and European ETFs with banks, market makers and buy-side clients. Jason then joined Source ETFs where he was Director, UK coverage and business development.
