Madeline Ho, Managing Director, joined the firm in August 2024 as Head of Intermediary for Singapore and Southeast Asia, leading the intermediary business across private banks, retail banks, insurers, platforms, and IFAs. She also functions as the CEO for Neuberger in Singapore. With close to 30 years of regional experience, she has built new businesses, and her expertise extends across strategy, product development, marketing, and relationship management. Previously, she headed up Natixis Investments Manager as its CEO for Singapore and Head of Fund Distribution, APAC. Her extensive experience also includes senior leadership roles at Fidelity International as its Regional Head of Singapore & SEA and in various management roles at Franklin Templeton in Singapore, including as its Country Head for Singapore. Madeline has been an active member of the Investment Management Association of Singapore (“IMAS”) and a past member of its Executive Committee, its regulatory sub-committee and served as Conference Chair for its 11th and 15th annual conferences. She also champions consumer financial literacy, equal opportunity, and mentorship.
