Manav Abrol is a Partner at Conant Advisory Group, an MAS-licensed multi-family office and fund management firm in Singapore with US$4 billion in assets under advisory.

At Conant, he holds two roles side by side. As an advisor, he continues to work directly with UHNW families and their family offices on cross-asset investment advice, covering asset allocation, manager selection and risk management across equities, fixed income and alternatives. As a discretionary manager, he is Founder and Portfolio Manager of the Global Select Equity Fund, a concentrated long-only equity strategy, and co-Portfolio Manager of the Coherence Multi Asset SF, a balanced multi-asset fund seeking consistent long-term growth at moderate risk.

That combination gives Manav a dual vantage point on capital allocation, held at the same time rather than in sequence: he is the advisor selecting and monitoring managers on behalf of family offices, and a manager himself seeking allocation from them. He spent two decades in private banking, joining Citi Private Bank in Geneva as an Investment Counsellor advising UHNW families and their family offices across EMEA, before relocating to Singapore to head Citi's Investment Advisory & Sales unit for South Asia and later moving into a client coverage role.

Earlier in his career, he spent a decade in institutional equities sales and trading in Hong Kong and London with HG Asia, Nomura Securities and Cazenove & Co., and worked as an equity analyst at Merrill Lynch Investment Managers in London.

Manav holds a Master's in Finance from London Business School, and a Bachelor's in Economics and Master's in Business Economics from the University of Delhi.
