Natalia Rajewska is Global Head of Sustainable Investment at Amova Asset Management, headquartered in Japan with a global presence and c. USD 300 billion in AUM. Based in Singapore, she established and now leads the firm’s Global Sustainable Investment Team across Tokyo, Singapore, and London.
Natalia leads the firm’s sustainability strategy and works closely with investment teams and senior leadership to embed sustainability across the firm’s global platform. Her team’s work spans sustainability integration into investment processes, stewardship activities, product offering, disclosures, and data architecture, including the development of AI-powered ESG capabilities.
She also shapes the firm’s sustainable investment policies and alignment with global regulatory frameworks and evolving market standards.
She contributes to industry dialogue on sustainable investment globally, including serving on the Global Advisory Group of the Net Zero Asset Managers and chairing Climate Resilience and Insurance Leadership Group under Asia Investor Group on Climate Change.
In a global role based in Asia, Natalia brings a distinctive perspective that combines deep regional insight with a global outlook.
Natalia brings over a decade of experience in sustainable investment across Asia and Europe, building on an earlier career in sustainable development and consulting that began in 2008. She joined Amova AM in 2021 from ING Bank in Singapore, where she rose to VP, originating and structuring pioneering sustainable finance instruments for APAC clients. Previously, she was an ESG Analyst at Aviva Investors in London.
Natalia holds an MSc in Economic History and International Development from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
