Prashant H. Dagur is a Partner at Cerebrium Capital, an MAS-licensed Multi-Family Office (MFO), in Singapore.

Prashant advises ultra-high-net-worth families, premier single-family offices, and cross-border institutional clients across Asia, the Middle East, and Europe on a multi-asset footprint exceeding US$15 billion across public and private markets.

He built his career over two decades at Goldman Sachs and Citi Private Bank. At Goldman Sachs, he built the firm's first infrastructure trading platform for cash bonds and advanced quantitative pricing risk engines, a track record of high-conviction execution that led to his election as the youngest Executive Director within the Fixed Income, Currencies, and Commodities division for his cohort. He went on to advise families at Citi Private Bank before joining Cerebrium Capital where he applies the same builder's mindset to architecting bespoke asset allocation and multi-generational wealth strategies, with a specialist focus on the Technology and Defense sectors.

Prashant is also an active voice in the regional investment ecosystem, regularly delivering market insights on Channel News Asia and Money FM 89.3, and publishing strategic allocative frameworks in The Edge.

Prashant holds a B.Sc. Honours in Business Management from King's College London, and completed the Program for Leadership Development at Harvard Business School.
