Aaron Mayer is the co-founder and GP of Open Heart Capital, a quantitative digital assets hedge fund that donates significant portions of its profits to charity. He has been working in the philanthropy sector since 2013, particularly in global health, and he has been in the digital assets space since 2016. He has the world record for reading the most books in the span of a single month, and he has designed over 20 board games. He studied philosophy at Brown University, and he currently lives in San Francisco, where he goes dancing 4 times a week.
