Brian is the Co-Chief Operating Officer, General Counsel and Head of Compliance of the Firm and a member of York’s Executive, Business Leadership, Operating, Valuation and Socially Responsible Investment Committees.

Prior to joining the Firm in 2010, Brian worked as Assistant General Counsel and Vice President at PineBridge Investments and as an Associate at Arnold & Porter.

Brian holds a BA from the University of Florida and a JD from the George Washington University School of Law
