Chuck oversees Americas Financial Reporting, Global Regulatory Reporting and Disclosure Operations, and Global Accounting Policy teams at BlackRock. As leader of these groups, Chuck oversees production and delivery of financial information to fund shareholders and global regulatory agencies. His team partners with fund administrators and external auditors to ensure accurate and timely delivery of financial and regulatory documents. Chuck is also charged with creating a centralized accounting and reporting consultation center supporting accounting and regulatory disclosure decision for BlackRock sponsored products. He partners with BlackRock public policy leaders and engages with external industry groups and regulators on topics impacting disclosures made to fund shareholders.

Chuck serves on various industry groups addressing and deciding key industry accounting and disclosure issues for investment companies. Prior to joining BlackRock, Chuck worked at Ernst & Young supporting the firm's Wealth & Asset Management and Banking & Capital Markets clients.
