Mika is an independent ODD consultant who has 20 years of experience in the alternative investment industry with focus on non-investment risk analysis. Most recently, she was Head of ODD at AllianceBernstein where she was responsible for ODD for their FoHF products, and provided advise to the company’s senior managers on ODD best practice. Mika joined AB from Credit Suisse where she changed role to Asset Management Global Compliance Program Manager after working as an ODD Analyst at CS's International Wealth Management division. Mika also led development of ODD team at Crewcial Partners, a private consulting firm in NYC. Early in her career, Mika was HF/PE Associate at Nippon Life, one of the largest Japanese insurers, where she was responsible for ODD, investment monitoring, and shadow accounting.

Mika received BA in Writing from Waseda University, and took courses in Financial Services Compliance at Seton Hall University School of Law.
