Sai Gadwale is Director, Investment Operations at Howard Hughes Medical Institute (HHMI) where he leads the Operational Due Diligence efforts across public and private markets fund investments for the Institute’s $23b endowment. He has over 20 years of experience encompassing ODD, fund administration, accounting, and audit, most recently as Vice President at Stifel Alternatives where he developed and led the ODD function. Prior to this, he was Head of US Operational Due Diligence at Barclays Wealth Americas.

Sai holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business, is a CFA Charterholder, Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and a Certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM).
