Emily Locher serves as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of Capstone Investment Advisors, LLC where she is responsible for oversight and counsel to Capstone in connection with the firm’s legal, compliance and regulatory obligations.
Emily graduated magna cum laude from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Arts, double majoring in the Program of Liberal Studies and Russian. Emily received her Juris Doctor from Duke University and her Master of Business Administration from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
Emily currently serves on the Advisory Board for the Nanovic Institute for European Studies, an institute within the University of Notre Dame’s Keough School of Global Affairs.
