As an exhibitor participating at the Global Pharmaceutical Regulatory Affairs Summit (GPRAS) 2026, you must have adequate liability insurance to protect the attending public, the show organizer, and yourself. To participate in the event, exhibitors must submit proof of coverage that meet the requirements below:

• The policy needs to be in effect from September 28th - 30th, 2026
• Comprehensive General Liability to cover bodily injury and property damage to third persons, including Personal and Advertising injury limits and Products + Completed Operations coverage of no less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) per occurrence and two million dollars ($2,000,000) aggregate.
• Required Additional Insured: Informa Connect, Radisson Grand Place Brussels
• Certificate holder: Informa Connect LLC, parent company of Global Pharmaceutical Regulatory Affairs Summit (GPRAS) 2026, 24 School Street, 2nd Floor, Boston, MA 02108

If you have your own Insurance coverage for the event, please provide a valid Certificate of Insurance that meets the above requirements. To submit send via email to Diane Attesi for review and approval. If you need to purchase insurance, you can also purchase it from any local insurance agency.
