Global Pharmaceutical Regulatory Affairs Summit will be set up with tabletop exhibition stands for 2026. Exhibitors must not exceed their allocated space. Please be sure to check that your stand will fit within your 3m x 2m space.

The following are provided for all stands free of charge:

• 1 x Table (1.83 cm x 0.76cm)

• 2 x Chairs

• One standard power connection

Please ensure that you bring any adapters or extension leads which you require for your stand. Informa Connect will not be able to provide these onsite.

• Please inform us about deliveries by large transport vehicles (e.g. trucks, lorries) beforehand. Storage of pallets and large shipments cannot be accepted. The hotel does not assume any liability for goods or deliveries.
• Empty packaging material, crates, pallets etc. cannot be stored at the hotel.
