Kieran Farrelly joined Schroders Capital in 2021 as Head of Global Solutions for Real Estate, focused on delivering specialist investment solutions to meet the evolving and tailored needs of institutional investors in private markets.

Kieran joined from private assets specialist StepStone Group where he was a Partner within the real estate team. Prior to helping establish the European real estate team at Stepstone, he was a Principal at real estate consultant The Townsend Group and was previously a Director at CBRE Global Investment Partners, focused on client portfolio management, global strategy and investment activity, spanning primaries and secondaries.
