Steve led Grosvenor’s capital markets activities in the US and Canada.

In his 20+ year career he has executed more than 40 M&A advisory and capital raising transactions representing $20bn of total capital for clients within the real estate, gaming, lodging, and leisure sectors. He joined Grosvenor from CBRE where he was responsible for originating, executing, and marketing over $1bn of equity annually in real estate private placements across various core and niche sectors.

Steve is a Board Member and Co-Chair (Development Committee) of Imagine, A Center for Coping with Loss, a grief support center for children, young adults and families.
