Operator
An individual who works for a restaurant or noncommercial foodservice operation (i.e. healthcare, C/U, military).
Early Bird Rate (before Sept 1, 2026): $195 + tax ($234 total)
Standard Rate (Sept 2 - Nov 3, 2026): $295 + tax ($354 total)
Onsite Registration Cost: $395 + tax ($474 total)

Sponsor
An individual who works for a company that is a sponsor of the conference.

Registration & Cancellation
To reserve your spot at GRLC, a valid credit card is required to guarantee your registration. The fee of $195 + tax will be charged to your credit card at the time of your registration submission. The registration fee is fully refundable for those who cancel their registration by October 22, 2026. Cancellation after October 22, 2026 will not be eligible for a refund.
