Elena Slade is the Global Trade Compliance Director at CNH Industrial N.V. based at their corporate headquarters in the United Kingdom. Elena holds an honours degree in International trade, specialising in Logistics and Customs from Moscow University.

Elena is one of the very few who has actually aspired and always wanted to have a career in International trade (In her case since age 13!). It is this aspiration and desire that has been a key driving force in her successful career.

Elena has been in the customs compliance and export controls fields for more than 15 years now, working for a number of multinationals across various business segments including Aerospace, Biopharm, Medical, and capital goods. The last 10 years, Elena has been in management roles within EMEA and APAC regions. More recently she was asked to take on the global role with CNH Industrial to build and develop their Trade Compliance Team and Programme.
