Brett Rawlings leads CFC’s onshore US Transaction Liability business, and is head of the North American Secondaries product line. Brett is based in CFC’s New York office, and has been with CFC since September 2020, first joining in CFC’s London office.

Prior to joining CFC, Brett was a Transaction Liability underwriter with Chubb in London, and prior to that he was a tax lawyer with Reed Smith and Charles Russell Speechlys in London, and Buddle Findlay in New Zealand.

Brett graduated from the University of Auckland in New Zealand with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom).
