Maximilian Giers is a Director in the investment team of Montana Capital Partners (“MCP”), where he leads and executes GP-led and LP-led transactions with a focus on the European mid-market and actively shapes investment strategy and fundraising. Before joining MCP, Maximilian focused on direct buyouts in the DACH region. He started his career at Morgan Stanley’s Investment Banking team, advising Corporates and Sponsors on Mergers & Acquisitions as well as Capital Market Transactions. Maximilian holds a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of St. Gallen as well as an MBA from INSEAD Business School in Singapore and Fontainebleau.
