Raudel is a Managing Director and heads Private Equity Secondaries at HighVista Strategies. He joined the firm in 2026 to lead the platform’s dedicated expansion into GP-led investing. Previously, Raudel was a Managing Director at Kline Hill Partners where he was Co-Head of GP Solutions and on its Investment Committee. There, he was hired to build Kline Hill Partners’ dedicated GP-Led fund, focusing on single asset continuation vehicles in the lower middle market. Prior to Kline Hill Partners, Raudel was a Director at Spring Bridge Partners, a first-time fund focused on GP-Led transactions in the middle market (now part of Ares Secondaries Group). Before that, he worked as an Investment Manager at Coller Capital. Raudel received an AB from Harvard College and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
