Roman is a Managing Director and co-heads the LP-led strategy and the European business at Kline Hill. Before joining in 2021, he was a Member of Management at Partners Group where he focused on Secondaries since 2012. Roman has additional work experience in Strategy- and M&A-consulting as well as in Structured Products and Business Development. He holds a Master degree in Banking and Finance from the University of St. Gallen.
