Ben is a seasoned expert in contract writing, negotiations, and strategic development, with a focus on the pharmaceutical market access space. As a Commercial Contracting Partner at UCB, he leverages his experience to help the organization adapt managed care contracting strategies in response to policy changes such as the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022. With previous experience managing a book of medical and pharmacy insurance clients, Ben is able to effectively design and negotiate rebate agreements with PBM’s and Payers that incorporate the impact of policy and pricing changes to both parties.

Ben is dedicated to providing actionable insights for experienced professionals navigating the evolving landscape of pharmaceutical contracting. He is here today because of his ability to analyze, understand, and adapt to policy changes.
