Eckart Beuttenmueller is the Director of Gross-to-Net Execution at Bayer Pharmaceuticals in Whippany, NJ. He plays a key leadership role within U.S. Market Access Strategic Pricing & Reimbursement, tasked with identifying opportunities to improve Gross-To-Net and leading the development of GTN innovation as a strategic Market Access capability for Bayer. Specific focus areas include initiatives to mitigate value leakage including 340B and PBM contract compliance.

During his career, Eckart gained broad experience in the Healthcare industry by excelling in multiple Finance and Commercial roles in the U.S., Hungary and Germany.

Through a Fulbright scholarship Eckart obtained his M.Sc. at the UW Madison, WI and earned his Ph.D. in organic chemistry at the Max-Planck-Institute in Mülheim/Ruhr, Germany.
