John is a Principal Consultant with over 16 years of deep knowledge and work experience within the Life Sciences industry. He has helped clients on numerous projects across the manufacturer contract continuum, such as defining pricing and contract strategies, modeling contract profitability, implementing Gross-to-Net solutions, drafting commercial and government policies, and developing operational processes to name a few. John also has direct experience working at several large biopharmaceutical companies where he played various progressive roles supporting Contract Operations activities, such as contract strategy development, contract execution, contract compliance auditing, regulatory impact evaluation and system implementation.
