Lan Zhou

Lan Zhou is an experienced and dedicated finance professional with over 10 years of experience in biotech industry and cancer research institutes. Currently at Ikena Oncology, Lan plays a pivotal role in establishing and leading the FP&A function, where she demonstrates her expertise in financial modeling, effective storytelling, implementation of financial tools, conducting business scenario planning, and developing streamlined processes. Prior to joining Ikena, Lan served as the Associate Director of FP&A at Epizyme Inc., offering support to the Clinical and CMC organizations. In earlier roles at Dana Farber Cancer Institute and Mass General Hospital, Lan collaborated closely with principal investigators and research professionals, successfully overseeing the financial planning of oncology clinical trials across various disease indications. Lan received her B.S. in Health Science from Northeastern University.
