Murray Kay is the former Senior Vice President & CFO of Solvay Pharmaceuticals and Commercial Controller at AbbVie & Abbott Laboratories. His varied career has given him executive leadership experience in financial reporting, strategic planning, forecasting, budgeting, cost optimization, decision support, and audit. Murray led key initiatives at Solvay and Abbott/AbbVie including developing long-range plans, providing decision support services, optimizing SG&A, preparing financial statements and implementing gross-to-net enhancements to improve quality of financial reporting while minimizing volatility.

Murray developed and presented webinars, customized onsite seminars and conference workshops on a wide variety of topics including gross-to-net (GTN), government pricing, market access dynamics, new product launches, forecasting, and payer negotiations. Murray holds a BS in Accounting from Lehigh University and MBA from the University of Virginia. He obtained his CPA in Pennsylvania and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
