Ahmad is a Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) and Certified Instructional Designer from the Association for Talent Development (ATD) the world’s largest association dedicated to talent development professionals.

Since joining the learning and development industry in 2005, Ahmad has managed hundreds of projects in many governmental institutes, multinational corporations, and universities in KSA, Kuwait, Egypt, UAE, Lebanon, Qatar, Jordan, Iraq, and Zambia.

Ahmad has a rich professional record by managing and contributing to learning projects in different industries and organisations include Saudi Food & Drug Authority (SFDA), Solutions STC, Kuwait Petroleum Corporation, Judicial Training Centre in KSA, Qatar Gas, Landmark Group, Extra Electronics, Vodafone, B-Tech, Saudi German Hospitals, Tamer Group, Banque Misr, Mansour Group, National Bank of Egypt, Abu Dhabi Bank, Egyptian Gulf Bank, Multiples investment Group, ASEC Engineering, Greman University in Cairo, Cairo and Ain Shams universities, Gulf of Suez Petroleum Co. (GUPCO).

After he got a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from Ain Shams University, he got a Six Sigma green belt certification from Quality America Inc. and a Talent Management certification from Michigan University.

For more than 13 years he founded and managed many charity organisations in Cairo that serve thousands of Egyptian youths helping them to develop their skills and qualifying them to start their careers in the Egyptian market. Currently, Ahmad is Following his passion in the L&D field by being a board member of Learnkhana Business team to support the digital transformation of their partners and sharpen the skills of their talents.
