Amisha Bhargava holds a Master’s degree in Business Psychology and has been working with Mercer Talent Enterprise as a Senior Consultant in Commercial and Client Success team for over 3 years. She works closely with organisations in the Kingdom to design talent assessment and development solutions focusing on their human capital challenges and priorities. This includes Identification of High Potential, Succession Planning, Leadership Development assessments and learning journeys among many others. Her work with Abu Dhabi government involves building a custom wellbeing framework, implementing organisation wide employee wellbeing assessments and solutions.
