I am currently the Reimbursement Director West, Iveric Bio which spans a geography over 3 sales regions from Tennessee to Hawaii, Northern to Southern border. I have had the opportunity here to build and lead a team of 7 Area Reimbursement Managers for a new product launch, which includes a miscellaneous J Code period for our buy-and-bill retina ophthalmology launch.

I have spent 25 years in Pharma and Biotech at companies including Genetech and Novartis across multiple brands with Reimbursement experience in the retina, biosimilar and neurology buy-and-bill space. I have now built and led 2 launch Reimbursement teams.

I have a passion for high-quality leadership that motivates, inspires and encourages accountability in the individuals served.

Outside of work, my husband and I are raising 3 amazing children. We enjoy family time and vacations together.
