ALLOX: Mirvac Group AUD400m 6.5yr FXD Green note at ASW+150; Final bk 1.69bn+
Mirvac Group Finance Ltd ("Mirvac" / Ticker: MGRAU), rated A3 (Stable) by Moody’s and A- (Stable) by Fitch, has launched a new 6.5-year AUD-denominated, fixed rate senior unsecured Green benchmark transaction. The transaction has launched at price guidance of semi-quarterly coupon matched asset swap +160bps area. The transaction is expected to price today 22 August 2024. Any notes issued are expected to be rated A3 by Moody’s and A- by Fitch.
Any potential green bond will be issued under Mirvac Group Finance Limited’s Commercial Paper and Medium Term Note Programme dated 8 August 2024 and proceeds will be used to finance or refinance eligible green projects, assets or activities which meet the Climate Bonds Initiative's (CBI) Climate Bonds Standards in accordance with Mirvac’s Sustainable Financing Framework dated March 2022.
