Unlike typical elections, Hrazdira argues these midterms could reshape markets due to the progressive versus centrist Democratic split—a dynamic he compares to the seismic political shifts of 1968 and 1980.

"We are a 40/20/40 country. 40% firmly support the president, 40% oppose, and the critical 20% in the middle determines outcomes."

He warns that a progressive victory could trigger volatility through proposed wealth taxes and increased regulation, while markets currently haven't priced in much political risk.
