How it works. And how to take part.
Step 1 - Register to attend
To take part in Allocate you must have a ticket for Build-to-Rent Fall. Allocate is open to senior executives from operators and homebuilders. Limited space is available for confirmed sponsors of Build-to-Rent Fall.

Step 2 – Apply to attend Allocate
- Apply to attend by emailing adam.baxter@informa.com
- Get your login details for ConnectMe (the event app and platform)
- Complete a few quick filter questions
- Your answers will ensure you are mutually matched.
- We’ll contact you to confirm your slot.
Step 3 – At the event!
Those who have had their position confirmed and have completed their filters should head to Build-to-Rent Allocate – timing and location to be confirmed soon.
Step 4 – The meetings
We’re keeping it simple: 1 hour, 10-minute meetings, up to 5 meetings.
- Operators and homebuilders will be matched with solution providers based on mutual interests
- Allocate is a one-hour session. Each meeting will be 10-minutes with a short buffer between meetings
- Each person will have up to 5 meetings within the hour – the perfect way to have introductions and start a conversation.
