Aaron Friedman is an accomplished real estate professional, currently serving as Managing Principal of Centeridge, a firm Aaron founded. Centeridge focuses on urban infill multifamily acquisitions and development, primarily in Nashville, TN and Chicago, IL. Previously Aaron served as the Director of Acquisitions at Core Spaces, where he led up Acquisitions for their Build to Rent platform. Prior to Core Spaces, Aaron worked at JP Morgan Asset Management doing Acquisitions, Asset Management, and Debt Capital Markets for three years. Aaron has his Bachelor of Science from the College of Business at Cornell University.
