Rob Hodge is the Senior Vice President of Investments and founding member of the company. Mr. Hodge is responsible for the sourcing and closing of Company investments. Mr. Hodge takes a leadership role in all facets of due diligence, asset management, and asset procurement. In his career, Mr. Hodge has been responsible for transactions in excess of $5 billion. Prior to forming MORE Residential, Mr. Hodge was responsible for sourcing and closing investments and led the firm’s acquisition and disposition efforts nationally for Monogram Residential Trust, where Mr. Hodge worked from 2006 to 2017. While with Monogram Residential Trust, Mr. Hodge was responsible for transactions in excess of $3 billion. Prior to working for Monogram, Mr. Hodge served as lead financial analyst for a national development firm. Mr. Hodge holds a MBA in Finance from St. Edwards University and a BA in History and Political Science from Williams College. While at Williams College, Mr. Hodge was a four year letterman on the Varsity Hockey Team and recipient of the McCormick Award for Leadership. Mr. Hodge is a member of ULI and NMHC.
